Was thinking the same, tried the touring screen but not happy yet. Will try shorter as well.

I looked at the Powerbronze one first but the WRS one was a little cheaper due to a local shop getting them in at the end of the month. They are very similar but I very slightly prefer the design of the WRS.

 

Agree, WRS look better. If you go that route let us know how the shorter screen works.

How is the buffeting/wind noise with that screen?

 

I'm 183cm tall, I own the original Norden 2022 windshield, the one from the Expedition and now the one from powerbronze. I don't have buffeting with any of them. It's quieter in the helmet with the short windshield than with the large screen, but it's not really quiet either. At least I don't need ear plugs.
In the summer I just want to get more airflow to cool me down.

It's a ripoff of the Powerbronze screen by the way.

 

Update on this post. I have done a few rides now with this screen and like it the best compared to the stock Norden screen and the Expedition screen. Yes you get a lot more wind but the buffeting isn't nearly as bad. The visibility is fantastic as expected and you don't look through the screen like you do with the Expedition one

 

Got my WRS Enduro and installed it. Had to change to shorter Quad Lock arm to hide it behind the screen. Going on a ride now.

Did 350 kilometers today, I think I like the WRS screen. More wind yes, but still good. Had to have the phone in horizontal mode to not cover the speedo display, but worked quite well.

Had an excellent ride today and this bike is really really good. Started with gravel a few weeks ago, and hit some gravel today as well. I’m not fast but still fun, still learning.

This bike does it all for me, can tour on it, go long distance, fun in the twisties and mild off-road. Norden rules! 😀

Not sure it solves the wind noise though, so far the best solution for me against the wind noise is good ear plugs. Tried a bunch of different, reusable and others. Simple 3M disposable works the best for me, not bothered by wind noise anymore and can still hear the music in the intercom.

The screen doesn't give you clean air like you would get on a naked bike but it's FAR better then the stock screen!

Givi ist viel zu groß und dafür nicht besser als Puig. eher schlechter. Das Problem ist, dass der Windschutz zu steil ist und nicht verstellbar ist.

Der WRS verursacht keine Verwirbelungen mehr. Das Bike geht aber fast Richtung Nakedbike. Optisch geht es so. Für mich aber die beste Lösung.

du hast ja eine richtige Odyssee mit den Windschildern hinter dir ...
Ich habe jetzt ganz neu die Norden 901E mit dem Hohen Windschild und bin 1,93m groß.
Ab 100 km/h habe ich sehr laute Geräusche am Helm. Da muss ich etwas ändern.
Das niedrige WRS Schild ist da sicher besser ... nur die Optik leidet ziemlich.
Von WRS gibt es auch noch ein Schild mit mittlerer Höhe (Touring). Es ist wohl 7cm höher als das niedrige Norden-Schild. Hattest du dieses WRS Schild auch in deiner Testreihe?

Nein das hab ich nicht. Hab das Puig. Das Problem ist die Steilheit der Schilder. Das führt immer zu Problemen.
