i ve got the expedition...there is no matt anywhere but thanks for the tip, i may get the glossy version of it. I will first try to return the kit and buy the white/black one if not still on back order! Was it tricky to install the ktm fork guards or intuitive?

yup that s the kit. Unfortunately the white one was on back order so i went for the white fender/orange guarda hoping i could just leave the stock guards on but now i've learned i cannot since they won t be stable enough.
thanks for all the info, much appreciated 👊

thanks a lot, i ll have to have the plate made i guess. Thanks for the pics too!
my fork travel is 240mm so i ll just measure the distance as you did!
Can i leave the stock fork guards? my set came with the orange guards...

thanks a lot! that s exactly what i went for but i m concerned about the tire hitting the fender when the fork bottoms up cus indeed
you are reducing the travel of the suspension.
Have you experienced any priblem
so far? Also,
may i ask you which material is your extension plate made of? i was thinking to have it done in iron or steel even though a 3d printer would probably be good enough?
Thanks again, love to see how it came out!
also, did you change the fork
plastics too or those are the original
ones? i ve got the whole high fender set (the fender only was in back order so
i had to go for the kit)
Has anybody found a Crosspro dealer in the US? The upper bar freight is almost twice the cost of the unit per their website. Any other options in the US for only the upper crash bars?
nope. Look better in Europe, some sellers charge 220 usd, others 100 usd

Yes I have the upper crash bars (DB parts) and installed the high fender.
Your assumption is correct. The fender will hit the bars.
Easy fix though. You need to use a little plate and a couple of longer screws to lower the high fender a little bit.
