Has anyone found out which tire are going to be on the expedition, I’m hoping they use the 890 r ‘s .

It was noted in another thread that they look to possibly be TKC80's (same as the KTM 890 Adventure R wears), but this is based only on the few images that are floating around. That being said, that tire choice would make sense for this more off road focused model....

The 2023 890R comes with Mitas Enduro Trail+, at least in Europe.

I know the predecessor Mitas E07+, which still is a really good tire and long lasting. Only wet tarmac was no highlight.

The image referenced for the TKC 80's was on the paper sent to dealers noting the expedition with the embargo statement. It states the image is not accurate so I don't know that I give that any weight, even looks like soft bags hanging over the seat in that pic. I would bet the Scorpions or the Mitas. I know some have said that the rear shock will be upgraded with confidence, but my dealer is a 20 year friend and could not confirm that. Totally speculation, but I feel like they may stay with scorpions if rear shock not upgraded, still separating from Adventure R with more travel focus. If rear is upgraded I hope they pair it with the Mitas... The waiting is terrible when many of us are expecting our units next month!!!!

I thought I read that they would only be available in Europe and only in select sizes. I think they were going to have the correct front tire size available, but not the rear, I could be wrong...
