Is the optional taller seat adjustable like the stock seat?(to make it even taller" and are they comfortable? everybody raves about the stock seat but at 6'3" I am wondering if it would be more comfortable on the taller seat? Also does it replace the passenger seat? makes it like a big enduro bike? Also one other dumb question is the Lime green stripe a decal or paint? I just think the bike would look cooler without the lime green on it! Anyway wish me luck heading out to the not so local dealer tuesday to see some in the flesh and see if i really do like them.

good morning, the original driver's seat has two positions, I have it in the lowest position and even so it's a bit high for me, it's also very wide, which makes it very comfortable but doesn't help you get to the ground well .

(aby bylo ještě vyšší" a jsou pohodlné? všichni chválí sériové sedadlo, ale při 6'3" mě zajímá, zda by bylo pohodlnější na vyšším sedadle? Také Nahrazuje to sedadlo spolujezdce? Dělá to jako velké enduro kolo? Také další hloupá otázka je limetkově zelený pruh obtisk nebo barva? Jen si myslím, že kolo by vypadalo chladněji, kdyby na něm nebylo limetkově zelené! Každopádně přeji hodně štěstí. do ne tak místního prodejce úterý vidět některé v těle a zjistit, jestli se mi opravdu líbí.

I used black wrap for the body and a seat cover.

I used black wrap and a mess seat cover to rid myself of the yellow. Along with the Rottweiler pro breather, Pwr Cdr, and Arrow Decat, I’ve got the black Arrow silencer coming too to complete the black look.

That’s hydraulic line wrap. Cheap on Amazon. Tougher than hell when you go down. And I go down upon occasion. If it gets all beat up, take it off and put on new. My bars are flawless because of the wrap.

On Amazon: Domain Cycling - Bike Handlebar Tape - Self-fusing Silicone Waterproofing Tape - 10’ roll $12.98. Works as exceptionally well at holding the wrap on as the wrap does in protecting the bars.

Yes I think so. I’ve heard KTMs boil their shocks because of cat heat. I’m decatting mine as of now primarily because it scorched my left leg. Should be a power bump too with the removal. I’m adding Rottweiler’s pro air box too as well as a Pwr Cdr and Arrow silencer, so I’m pretty certain there’s gonna be a power bump.

of course you gotta wash the plastic with soap and water, sand with 320 grit, primer paint (Krylon Fusion Flat Black works as a primer), sand after each of 3 coats, then the Krylon Fusion textured black for 3-4 coats. A good paint job is always a pain but n the ass. The room where you paint needs to be 60 or above. High humidity is best, but since you’re using textured paint the humidity isn’t critical.
