Finally got around to installing my PC6 and removing the catalytic converter today. Not a "difficult" job...just have to take your time and avoid trying short cuts.

I bought the PC6 from Rottweiler Performance and they mapped it before shipping out to me.

I waited to decat the bike until I got the PC6 because I was concerned about the bike running lean with the free-flowing exhaust. I have some peace of mind now.

Bike is definitely louder, but I didn't really notice a difference in horsepower or torque. Nice not to have that cat there cooking my rear damper.

so you didn't notice the pc6? Stock intake and muffler just decat?
Stock intake with RP Power Plate and Wings exhaust. Granted...I just rode to get gas so maybe I will have a different opinion when I go for a long ride.
Wow, I was hoping you had a night and day difference between stock and the PC6... I'm personally on the fence about getting the Rottweiler intake +10hp at the expense of possibly less filtration. Lot's of work for no more horses'
I talked myself out of the RP intake due to some of the filtration issues I read. Having said that, it looks like RP may have solved this issue with the addition of the twin air triple stage filter.

The PC6 is still worth it to me because I wanted to decat the exhaust and wasn't going to do it without some type of fuel management system.

I did the pro intake and arrow silencer along with the arrow decat and PC6. I’ve got a night and day difference. I liked my bike before, but would have only labeled it adequately powered. Keeping things in perspective, I came to the 901 from a long line of GS and GSAs, have had a Confederate Hellcat and currently have a Moto Guzzi Griso. So my expectations for power are high. After fitting all four mods to the 901, the Griso is redundant. My 901 will now run with the best of them, even with the Heidenau K60 Rangers…which will go away this week as they are replaced by new MotoZ GPS Tractionators. Given the performance increase, I’m going for more of a road bias and leaving the dirt to my X Challenge. I don’t have official data to back up the claim of ‘night and day’, and perhaps it’s the air box that makes the diff, but I’m really impressed with it now.

Did you need to remove the center stand?

Holy huskie!!! Just how do i label the bolts?

Nope. The cat dropped right out without having to remove the center stand.

No need. KTM was thinking when they designed the 790/890/901. Most of the bolts for the fairings are all the same size.
