I think the price from the constructor should be the same for all countries, the tax will change for the single country and this is the reason for different prices.

Price in Belgium 14.799 €. Traditionally from mid-December to the end of January the auto show is held. During this period all the manufacturers make offers, so there is a way to have a reduction on the price of the motorcycle and the accessories. This year the auto show is canceled but the offers remain.
