So I was cleaning my bike after an off-road weekend and discovered 3 threaded holes, (empty) in the right side engine case, just above and behind the rear break pedal, and behind the oil site glass. Are these supposed to be here?

I know that the single hole in the center is used for the AXP skid plate... (there's another on the other side also) Mine and my buddies 901's had paint missing from that spot so I assume that's where the bike was bolted down to the crate for shipping.

Yep, saw those on my bike when I was picking it up and asked the salesman about it. He went and found a tech, who said it was where the engine was secured during shipping. There's similar threaded holes on the swing arm near the back, as well, for the same reason.
