I found this forum this morning and I’m interested in the Norden 901. I would like to buy an adventure bike or sport tourer this spring. I live at the foot of the Wyoming Big Horn Mountains so it’s only a 4 mile ride and I am going up a gravel fire road into the mountains. I have a Suzuki ATV that I ride in the mountains, a Harley Electraglide that my wife and I have toured on for 20 years, her Harley Sportster 1200, and my beloved 1986 BMW R80RT touring bike that I ride on twisty paved roads. I am going to be 70 in 2022 and I want a smaller all around motorcycle that i can ride on fire roads and also go touring with my wife. The days of me handling that 850 pound Harley with both of us and our gear on board are coming to an end. Plus I want to get down to one motorcycle and have ABS and traction control. My bikes will go to my adult children. So I am going to lurk here for a while and see if the Norden is for me. I am also half Swedish so I would like to support the Mother country. Keep the shiny side up. 😎👍
