Pick up my Norden June 9th. Trading in my ‘18 Yamaha Super Tenere. Looking forward to a lighter bike but nervous about quality. First non-Japanese bike.

You'll be fine. Nothing to worry about. I had a '14 S10 nice bike. I've had several KTMs since and never an issue that left me stranded. Had a couple of picayune little thing that were warrantied but I'd have to really think what they were. The Norden / KTM are great bikes. Welcome to the community.

Also got my Expedition in NH - i live and ride mostly in Mass. but plan to make some trips up north with it; definitely for some moto-camping; also dying to do the Puppy Dog in VT and the NEBDR at some point. Like the other post-er said, bike quality with KTMs/Huskies is quite good. I have had 2 KTM EXC 350s and have beaten the hell out of them with nary a major issue (also w/ proper maintenance). My new Norden appears to be of the same if not superior build quality. The only thing I'm not crazy about on the bike is the quality of the OEM side bags - which are merely an accessory. Enjoy your new bike!

Hello Woody. Which Triumph and why if you don’t mind me asking?

I had a Street Triple R for 6 years…love the triple engine and is a very fun bike. I was looking to switch to some thing more comfortable, and have the capability to take advantage of the trail system. The Norden fit the bill for me as it’s enjoyable on the road and is very capable to do the off road stuff I would like to explore.
