I want to change the rear sprocket to drop the 80+ MPH highway RPMs a bit.
1. Has anyone done this yet?
2. What KTM models use the rear sprocket as the Noden? 890?

I did it on my KTM not on the Husqvarna. I bought it at DID Kettensatz Husqvarna Norden 901 (Bj.22-) DID520VX3 Kette | Kettenmax
There are a lot ot sprokets avilable (For example 43 theeth instead of 45 = 4.6% longer transmission) A 4,6% longer transmission is not much. If you change the rear sproket more that 2 tooth the chain will be to long. If you change the front sproket from 16 to 17 theeth ist about 6,2% longer transmission and the lenght of the chain is quite good
