Took delivery of my Norden today and working it through. I observed the handguard mounting bolts where much too long and could cause problems to the cables/harness. Easy solution included a saw and grind to break sharp

I'll take a look at mine tonight. One of my handguards was loose so I tightened it down. I though the screws looked long but didn't notice any cable interference - I'll take a closer look!

I'm wondering if dealers are installing the handguards and using whatever bolts they have laying around. If there is interference I would ask the dealer to make it right during the next service.

Great idea!
On the left, I was able to put a rubber cap over the end of the bolt but on the right, it is actually touching the bold going into the master cylinder.
NOT GOOD!!!

Just had a look at mine (Vancouver, Canada) and they were fine on both sides
