Anyone in North America have the Husqvarna OEM TPMS installed yet?

My 19/17" wheels should be here in a few days. I'd like to install the factory TPMS. My dealer said they were "on hold" from Husqvarna while they sorted out some software issue. This was late last year. Wondering if anyone in the US or Canada had them installed yet.

Just ordered my kit. I didn't receive a "back order" notification, so I'm hoping it is in stock.
I've got the kit sitting in my garage, haven't installed it yet since I don't want to unmount and remount the tires just for that. Going to wait until my first tire change to do so.
Could you please take a picture of the label on them if/when you get them? The wheel set I ordered is from Europe and i'm not 100% sure they come with the TPMS. Some sites showed the set with, some without. I think there was a language barrier with the rep I had... Also, i'm not sure the transmit frequency is the same between the EU and North American sensors. The part number should confirm or not. And, if you didn't already know, you need to record what sensor goes in what position so they can be properly programmed.

Nice. Did you get the Husqvarna kit or KTM?

I can do it next week, I'm out of town at the moment.

They're the same IIRC.
I had the TPMS installed when I picked up the bike last May. The invoice says P/N 63512931044. I believe they said it was the KTM kit, but it shows that same P/N in the Husqvarna Catalog.

My Norden buddy got a call from the local shop and they have this kit on hold for him. It had been on backorder for a few months. No mention of a SW update?

I am really glad I have this option. The other day I had a low front tire and I got a big yellow warning on the dash. It's piece of mind knowing what my tire pressure is at all times. I have it set up to display in my Favorites.

The other day my buddy had a flat and didn't know it. We would have turned around sooner if he had a warning. We managed to get it plugged and made it home eventually. He is now ready to go pick up his TPMS. Ha!

Thanks IOTW... I was replying to KrillOill when your message was posted. Yeah, if anyone could post pics of the sensors and module numbers that would be great. TIA!
Once installed do these require programming or will the computer just recognize things and work?
I looked in the menus on the display cluster and did not see any reference at all to the TPMS system. So I assume it's a trip to the dealer to bring the TPMS into the system and program them. I had the heated grips in the menu so I thought maybe I'd get lucky with the TPMS... appears no joy. As a note, I do not have the "explorer pack" installed... yet. I will probably have that done at the same time.

I am pretty sure this is a Dealer only task. They need to marry the sensors to the dash.

Thank you. Probably right. There is a receiver that plugs in under the seat into the wiring harness. I wasnt sure if the act of plugging that in got things working. Sounds like from 5280 Norden that it does not.
My bad. The TPMS module is located under the rear luggage rack. I found the installation instructions, which say it needs to be programmed using the KTM Diagnostic Tool XC_2.

I've attached a copy of the instructions for reference.
