Any Shipments to Canada
Wondering if anyone is getting updates on next shipments. I have had deposit down for over 6 months. Dealer has said they are not getting updates on when 901’s will be available.

Thanks for the welcome RandyM! I have contacted one other dealer and in process of contacting a third. I am willing to put refundable deposits down and take the first bike I can get. The 2nd dealer guessed delivery in March 2023 (same time 2022 models came in). They were not prepared to take deposit until they knew more.
I also contacted Husqvarna Canada Customer Service back in August. Their reply was vague excuse and left me searching for more details via dealers:

We have release the first batch that our production facility to dealerships in June and the second batch is almost ready to be released.
There as been some hold at the customs and port unfortunately. Every district sales manager updates their dealership as soon as they have some estimated time of arrival of new units.
But since this is a sales issue, it will need to be addressed with your dealership directly as they have direct contact with their sales managers from Husqvarna.
We are sorry we couldn't provide more information on this matter.

I think there is one at Barnes in Victoria...
I saw a Norden in the showroom at Barnes Powersports in Victoria last week. I didn't notice a "sold" sign on it or anything... might be worth making a call if you are interested in a 2022.Thanks for the welcome RandyM! Considering selling mine. Not sure yet. I’ve almost completed mods to an ‘07 BMW G650 X Challenge. And after 20 years of forcing a GS, 2x GSAs and my 901 to perform as a dirt bike, I think I see the light - lighter is better off-road. Dirt bike off road, street bike on road. My 901 is fully kitted out. Hepco and Becker crash bars and handguards, Touratech luggage racks, OBMT center stand, AXP skid plate, brand new Heidenau K60 Rangers, Perunmoto top rack, Camel shock heat shield, Camel easy pull clutch, Rox Risers, Ducati Spacers throttle slack ‘taker upper’, Ermax wind deflector, 1st service done, on it’s second air filter, chain adjusted, cleaned and waxed twice thus far. 5825 miles so far and no problems. Went down in gravel, but AXP saved the day and took all the brunt. I’m in Tyler, Texas. So if interested, let me know and we’ll talk it out. Not sure yet as I love the bike, but it’s a Swiss Army knife when I would be better served with both a dagger and a butcher knife. 903-522-9584.
Moose and Jack. Thanks for leads. I also heard of one in QC. Check w third dealer and confirmed no new shipments getting from another dealer possible but months to get done. 2023 models are expected in March. I put a second deposit down with that dealer and feel much better served with a lot more information and got confirmed my order is first in queue.
Rep who I dealt with is ex Husky racer and recent went to South Carolina to try out the 901 Expedition. We had great discussion on which 2023 model to order. His honest advice, if you want extra shock travel it might be worth 2k more for Expedition. But most of the added accessories are ones he see riders buy and config to their like (guards, bags, mounts, gps setup).
Thanks all for engagement but I will wait it out for Mar 2023. 12 months after I hoped to ride it (I’ve never gotten opportunity to throw a leg over).

Hey Mr Black thanks for the insight. I up’ed my order to Expedition. My dealer estimated Mar for standard Nordens and April for Expeditions. Here in ON, April would work for riding. Fingers crossed.
I ordered an Expedition back in December from my local dealer here in Ontario. He couldn’t give me a delivery date or any details on extras over the standard Norden 901. This forum has been a great find.
